Coded Welding

Hydramec are able to carry out all aspects of structural steel fabrication in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, specialising in offshore containers, baskets, platforms and repairs. Our multi-coded welders can also fabricate all types of frames and project equipment large or small. 

Our facilities allow us to carry out All types of fabrication not limited to LARS and power-packs ranging from the base, A-Frame or winch drum, deck plating, guards, handrails, brackets and hydraulic tanks, using coded welding in Flux Core, MMA, MIG and TIG in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. 

The fully equipped Fabrication workshops mean that any Fabrication works can be undertaken.

With our team we able to offer offshore, commercial and industrial structural welding. We have many different types of procedures for welding most materials in all positions. We are certified to ISO9001 2015.

We offer in workshop or offsite welding in:

• TIG (Tungsten inert gas)
• MMA (Manual Metal Arc)
